It might help some people regarding H1b . I have a friend who established a new consulting firm last year. He did not file his tax yet. He will file it next year. My question is he able to sponsor H1b for his company? What he has to do? Please help needed"

If the company shows that he has enough work in future and doing some work right now . will it be able to convince USCIS? DO u have any idea how he can show it ? Thanks in advance
