H1 B extension not stamped, I-485 filed, Have got EAD and AP

My stamped visa expired last year (less then 365 days) but I did got an extension (I797) for next 3 years.
Also, my Green card is being processed and is in the last stage. Now:

1) I am going to India and will apply for getting visa extension stamped. On form DS 156, item 31 (has anyone ever filed an immigrant visa petition on your behalf?) , should I check yes? If so, should I be carrying any additional documents (copies of I-140 / 485 applications, etc.).

2) I understand that on Advance parole, I can enter US even without getting visa extension stamped. Am I right?

1. Check Yes and note your receipt number if necessary. You don\'t need to atach the I140 copies. This question is generally for B1/B2 applicants.

2. Yes. Even if H1 stamping is denied, you can use AP to enter.
