H1 B Duration !

Hi ,

My H1B has got stamped on Nov 2007. I landed at USA on July 2009 . Now few people say that my H1-B's duration is from Nov 2007 - Nov 2013 . And The other say that it starts from the day when you landed to usa. Hence in my case it's July 2009 - July 2015.

Now I am really confused about the validity of my H1-B. Kindly suggest me .

-------------That is Correct
Hence in my case it's July 2009 - July 2015.
----------- You entered US on July 2009 and were admitted in US on H1 status on July 2009. Check the date of I-94 expiry and if H1 extension is to be filed then that must reach USCIS BEFORE your I-94 gets expired. H1Visa stamp is just for entry to US . While you are out of US with H1 Visa stamp you are NOT on H1 Status.

Now I am really confused about the validity of my H1-B. Kindly suggest me .
