H1-B and EAD urgent help required

Hi,

My H1-B is expired on June 25, 2003, I have valid EAD till Sept. 17, 2003.

I applied for EAD renewal. Till i get new EAD , can I work with same employer.

My Lawyer told me that, If you apply EAD before it expires then you can work even your after expiration of current EAD.

Please help me,

-- Yes till Sept. 17, 2003, you need new EAD to work after 17 September
