H1 approved, H4 extension under process

Hi All,

My H4 extension was applied initially thru my spouse's employer at Vermont center. I got a job offer and my employer applied my H1 thru premimum processing at Vermont center.

Now H1 is approved but H4 extn is under process. Please let me
know we should cancel the H4 extn process ?

You have the H4 extension filing receipt write to service center not to approve H4 and withdraw the pending H4 . Take the lawyer help and send the request ASAP
