Hi All
I came to the USA as a H4 accompanying my H1B husband 6 month ago
I have 2 questions
Firstly If I get a job offer and someone give me I-797 Do I need to go back to my home country to change my H4 to H1B
Secondly, If I go back to my home country and my 1-797 is rejected. Can I still use my H4 Visa to come back to the USA.
