Hi all,
I had Dropbox in Nov 2024 and submitted passport. I got passport without visa stamping with 221(g). 221(g) requested to attend in-person interview and request W2, LCA, pay stubs, I-797. I wanted to provide you with an update regarding my visa interview with USCIS on Dec 23 2024. I went their with documents.
Unfortunately, my 221(g) visa was refused due to a mismatch in the company name between the my pay stubs, and the W-2 form. I have been contacting you regarding situation. They informed as current status as refusal 221(g) and incase anything change they will inform in E-mail and put under administrator processing.
I want to ensure compliance with all immigration regulations and am seeking clarification on the next steps to resolve this situation. Specifically, I would like to understand:
How to Address the Mismatch Resolving the Refusal
Should we consider filing an appeal with USCIS and submitting supporting documents suffice to resolve the situation?
what steps required to rectify this issue with USCIS?
Can H4 travel if her stamping done while my status as refused with administrative proccessing?
I want to ensure that this issue is addressed promptly and correctly to avoid any further complications. I kindly request your guidance and assistance in addressing this matter promptly. For any documentation or clarification from my side is required, please let us know.
