H-1B Transfer without continuous pay stubs

Hi,

I got laid off in Feb 06 and has pay stub with 2 months pay

Pay stub dated Feb 1 - Feb 15 (has 2 months pay in advance)

I am expecting another pay stub dated March 15 - March 31 with severence pay.

Can I apply for H-1 transfer using these pay stubs ? The pay periods are not continuous. Will I get an RFE?

You should not delay applying your transfer. Do it now.
