H-1B transfer and 7th year extension without LCA Receipt Notice

Hi,

I currently work for Company A and this is my 6th year on H-1B (will be completing 6 years end of September 2005), and have filed for Green card with them in 2001 (California). However, the LCA has not been approved until now. I am now planning to move to Company B, and in order to file for H-1B with company B, I need the LCA Receipt notice from Company A, who is now refusing to send me a copy of the same.

I have a print out of the online case status from my company's lawyer's website, which clearly states the receipt number, and filing date of the LC application. Will this be sufficient proof in order for me to get my H1-B transfer to the new company along with the 7th year extension, as I am now within 6 months of being eligible to file for an extension.

Thanks in advance,
Vas.

------ print out from Lawyer site will not be accepted by USCIS as It is not official receipt copy from DOL/SWA , you need the copy of LC filing reciept that lawyer got from SWA /DOL
Thanks in advance,
Vas.
