H-1B to be Revoked - Unique Situation

All...My friend's wife is in a unique situation.We really need your answers for their questions.Please help..

My friend's wife came in on a H4 visa from India and this is valid till the end of next year(2006)
Meantime she had her status changed to H1 B during 2004(but this visa was not stamped in her passport yet) with a new employer,currently she is facing lot of issues with her employer and they are planning to revoke her H1B visa.
Our question here is
1)what is the consequence of revoking the H1B visa?
2)What will her status be?will her previous H4 visa stamped on her passport be still valid?

1) if H1B is revoked, she will be out of status unless she gets some other status.
Her option is changing her status back to H4, if spouse is still in valid H1 status, or she files H1 transfer before company revokes her H1 if she could find other H1 sponsor.
2) H4 visa should be still valid, however, she needs to change her status back to H4. Visa stamp is just for entry to the US, not dictate her status in the US.

I had read some posts by you a few months ago about iTech US inc... r u still employed in this company. Pls let me know; I have an offer and I was thinking if should give this a try. Do they have sufficient projects? Do they pay during bench, if any. Please reply as I dont have too much time left.
