H-1B, Help Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got new job less than 100 days after layoff. My new H-1B is approved less than 180 days after layoff. I need go to MEXICO for H-1B visa.
Can I get my H-1B visa in MX.
 If refused I cannot reenter US. What I need to do.
Help Please!!!

Don\'t know. post Apr 1 anything might happen. If you are not allowed to enter, you will have to catch a flight to your home country (or any other country which will give you visa). You can still apply for the H1B stamp at your home country consulate.
