Terms and conditions mentioned by you appear to be too good to be true.

No matter how genuiene your company and intentions may be, posting in this will cast doubt about purpose due to many fly by night operators taking disadvantage of interested applicants.
 
Fraud

This is one of the fraud Indian Company and sucks the candidates.

Candidates have find their project and the company enjoys all the benefits.

These advertisement coming in all the news papers (Indian express US Edition), direct inquiry reveals their intention. Their target is 1 or 2 yrs exp or no exp F1 (Desperate F1 please be careful) candidates to trap in to their fold.

Please be aware. This is not a genuine offer. You may end up loosing lot of money with no money from the employer.

How about name of the company and an internet address? Or is the H1B your only hook? Is your business model entirely based on underpaying foreign students with the promise of the a green card?

What kind of comapny uses an yahoo id? You have to be out of your mind thinking people will fall for it! Shame ON YOU!
