H-1 validity : definition

I came to US on H1 on May 2005 with desi consulting co with employment contract. The contract says "duration of contract is for validity of H1". Current H1 is for 3 years.
Please answer following questions if possible.
1. The duration mentioned in contract is till H1 is valid. If H1 is renewed, is the contract valid for renewed period or not.
2. If I transfer H1, then old H1 is terminated, right? Is that correct? Then will the contract be void? When transferred, is it considered a new H1 or a transfer of old H1
3. will transferring H1 to void contract be a breach of trust?
4. If I transfer to H-4 and then back to H-1 after a few months, will that void the contract? Will I have to wait for cap for that new H-1?

This open ended contract hold no water.

If you transfer your sponser ship, your contract is void. Please make sure you are reading and understanding the contract intoto , not few lines before takin any decision.
