H-1 transfer, will there be any complications?

I recently changed employers while my old H-1 visa transfer request was pending with the old company. The old company recieved an enquiry on the H-1 and intends to withdraw the petition and inform the INS that I am no longer on their payroll. Will this cause any complication for the new petition filed by my current employer that is pending with the INS? Please note that I had informed the new company of the old pending H1 and provided all paystubs as requested.

Any help will be much appreciated
 
If the old visa was denied then you will have an unavoidable out of status period. You can easily reset that by getting a new I94.

Have copies of the company A extension receipt notice, termination/ resignation notice/letter and company A paystubs, so that you can always prove that your transfer was done in good faith.
