Guys who filed I-485 in 03/01

Hey guys I was just curious.
I noticed that in I-485 notice and http://www.immitracker.com

WAC number to be WAC-01-XXXX (this is increasing)

wac# 01-093-5xxxx
wac# 01-104-x (my understanding 01 is year -104 is may be number of appliction?)

Any feedbacks.

Guys, thanx for keeping this thread active. I noticed that INS is issuing FP notice approximately after 20 to 30 days from ND for the new cases. So all of us may receive FP notices almost at the same time.

So, let us keep in touch.

Hey Guys

I too filed for my 485 on 3/30/01. No receipts yet. But I have a Q. I don\'t have Birth Certificates neither for my wife nor for me. I got one affidavit each. I was not aware that I need to get Non avaliability certificate too. Now my lawyer had filed 485 with NAC. What are my chances of getting an RFE if any? What if I cannot get NAC is there any person with same problem??

Do you mean that the FP date will be 20-30 days after ND, or that FP notice will be sent within 20-30 days?

FYI, my details:
EB2/RIR/India
PD: 6/00
RD: March 12, \'01

I mean the FP notice. That is my guess only, just by looking at other posts.

P.S. I am not an attorney and I don\'t work for INS.

Do you know what it means when the AVM says they received your application on a certain date, is it a ND? or RD?

Hi nevermind,

I guess it is either ND or close to ND. In my case it is close to ND.
My ND is 04/10/01 and AVM says your application is received on 04/09/01.

I filed on March 9, and so far there is still no receipt from INS. Anything I can do? Lawyers always just say keep waiting. Any suggestion?

The AVM also says we mailed you a receipt with information on processing. It is taking bet.900-999 for processing. So do you think that date is a ND?
