hello guys,

My ND is 12/2000, got my FP in march , recd by EAD i april and received a RFE asking for my last 2 years 1099, last 4 pay stubs & last 3 years w2 forms. Why is that so? Is there any specific reason why INS is asking for these info? Does any one had a similar kind of RFE. I appreciate your feedback/help onthis.

I have been waiting for receipts since April 20, 2001. Today I got an email from my lawyer, the receipts have arrived! About two months late.
I-485, AP, EAD receipts have been received. Will post more info when I know more.
