Guys, what the heck is I-693 Supplement?

I remember I went to the physician in 2001 and he gave me the sealed envelop and my green copy of medical results. I included the sealed envelop in my I-485.

Need help.

Don't worry, your doctor will do this for yo, just remind him or her to include it in the envelope just in case

Now the questions is,

Do I have to this again? Probably the safe way is to go there again since I never know whether the paperwork of this medical thing is there with I-485. But, another thought is, if the medical paper is absent or incomplete, I should not have got the receipt of my I-485, right? If I get the receipt and I did, the medical paperwork should be complete so I don't have to do it again.

Any thoughts?
