Hey UN,

Here is the update regarding my case. Remember, there were 7 RFE's on my company and mine was 5th one. Everyone was responded in the same order spanned between 2 weeks. Every case was approved except mine and mine was the only semi-concurrent and other were solo 140. I don't know, if it makes any difference, but however I haven't gotten any FP notice either.

Btw, I am planning to initiate a status enquiry after 60 days. By the way Happy Diwali to all.

In my comapny, we were 5 people applied in a span of 3 weeks and mine is 3rd. Every one (before and after me) got approved even without RFE. For me, I got RFE on LC, RFE in 140 and Denied. After MTR I got approved.
I don't think USCIS compare cases. It's all depends on the officer. Hope for the best.

After 140 deniel . Everyday my LUD is changing...does any body know why this is happening...

I am going to do for mine on 23rd .I am also approaching the Local Congressmen's Office for redrassal on the same day.

I heard, if you don't hear anything after your 1st status inquiry, you can expedite your case . How should i do that ?
