Gurus: Where all should I be sending 'Change of Address' in this case

I recently moved and would like to send out the change of address forms. My 485 is currently pending with NSC and I just received an email that my case has been transferred to Washington DC local office. In this situation should I be:

1- Calling USCIS customer care and letting them know of the new address
2- Sending AR-11 form to USCIS
3- Sending NSC the form
4- Taking infopass and letting local office also know of the change?

Not sure which ones to do. I presume 1 and 2 should be fine. What do the gurus say?

3- Sending NSC the form
------------ Update the Service center
4- Taking infopass and letting local office also know of the change?
----------- do that after 3-4 weeks once you get transfer notice it takes 3-4 weeks to reach the file with local office from Transfer date.

Once file reach USCIS Washington DC office then also send letter to DC office with Copy of I-485 filing reciept+copy of Transfer notice and on cover letter write your Name, DOB, A# New Address and Past address Sign the letter with date and send it with certified return reciept. Later take infopass and confirm if they have updated in system and on I-485 file

Thanks for the reply Ginnu. How would I know when the file reaches the DC office? How can get the address for the DC office?
