Friends,

1) How long is it taking for H1B extension nowadays? My H1B is valid till April 30, 05. Lawyer has started the extension process.

2) If I go to Canada for stamping with a valid visa (Till April 30, 05). Will I be able to use this visa to enter US if there is any problem in stamping. My existing visa is obtained in India.

Any help to my quetions is highly appreciated.

Careful, if you rrevalidation is denied in Canada your valid visa will be cancelled (they put a cancellation stamp on your present visa in the pp) and you have to go to your home country from canada to get revalidation. (you can not enter with cancelled visa)
