Gurus--- An AP Question- URGENT

Myself and wife's 485 is under process and currently on EAD and AP. My wife left to India on 4/12/06 and just bfore leaving we have e-filed concurrent 765 and 131.We got 765 approved.131 is still pending.Current 131 expires on 8/8/06.We hope to get our AP bfore 8/8/06.Even if we get it bfore 8/8, can my wife stay in india beyond 8/8. Following article says, she cannot.Is that true ? even if her 131 is approved bfore 8/8/06 ?

Current 131 expires on 8/8/06
-----------She should enter US with AP BEFORE 8/8/06.

Thanks a ton for the reply.I am making the travel plans for her.But in the worst cae, if she could not turn up, what to do ?

Another question. What if AP application is approved bfore she landed in USA ? Is it NULL and VOID ? Do we have to apply again ? Please reply.
