Hello Everyone,
Before asking my question below is a brief background.
1. I had an H1 with a company XYZ from June 2001 - Apr 2004
2. Lost my job with XYZ due to layoff's in Jan 2004
-- Filed for H4 in Jan 2004
3. Company ABC did my H1 transfer in Feb 2004 from XYZ
-- I was on bench with them
4. Company PQR found a job in April 2004 and did my H1 based on XYZ's H1
-- Since I had the paystub (severance) till Aprill 2004
5. My project is getting over with PQR client soon
6. ABC found a 1 year project in a very nice company
7. I would like to work for ABC client
8. Company ABC did not cancel my H1
-- ABC is saying its valid to work for them
Question
A. Is it legal to start working with ABC ?
-- Even though I got my H1 transfer to PQR (based on XYZ H1)
