=> Track only cases with PD=NULL(blank) in I485 receipt notice

For some of us, priority date was left blank in our I485 receipt notices. There is a theory floating around that cases are sorted by ND/PD. And if the theory is true there is a nagging question what happens to cases having blank PD\'s. I think if we track those cases may be we can come up with something.

So,please post your case details here only if your PD in I485 receipt notice is left blank.

Guys Looks like, the Cases which has priority date as Null, is getting delayed!!!

So better we send a fax inquirey asking them to correc it.

I am still waiting....

My lawyer told me processing time is between 10 - 14 months on this type of case.

Looks like it was a software glitch

from what I heard from Ron(imminfo.com)....But I\'m not sure if that would cause any delays........If someone who got approved posts his details we can get it confirmed........

But so far going by the postings here, friends looks like there is some problem with our cases....Oh no!!! please gimme a break:-(...

My detail is Sep RD WAC-01-294-5XXXX, AP 11/29/01, EAD 12/13/01, but still no FP notice yet. And my PD is null too, I was wondering if this is the reason that cause my FP notice delayed.
