Address change, please help

hi

we applied 1-485 recently RD:1/12/2002 ND:1/15/2002
FP location: san jose

my problem is that we have to change apartment, and we are planning to move to fremont(fp location would be oakland).

my questions are:
1. do you see any problem in moving from san jose to fremont?
2. how should notify INS my change in address?
3. how long does it going to take for INS to update my address, i don\'t want them to send fp notice to wrong address.

any help is greatly appreciated

Question!!! FP was done on 3/19 ahead of sch. The AVM msg says application rcvd

on blah blah and it is currently taking 999 blah blah day to process these apps! ANY IDEA whats going on? By when shud we get the "processing resumed" msg?

My AVM message has not yet changed. It still says...."it takes 975 to 999 days......etc etc". It\'s been more than a month. I am little worried. Is any body else in the same boat? Is it normal?

Tried to do early FP in San Jose on Saturday. Did not allowed, because of too many people were there.
Went again on Wensday in 3PM. It took 10 minutes. San Jose ASC is a great place

Bad Luck: Early FP Not allowed at San Jose on 04/04

Because of too many people that were scheduled for 04/04.
Is Friday or Saturday around 2 pm ok to go, or should wait
for a few days?
