Got FP notice yesterday, did early FP today at San Jose ASC.

Went to San Jose ASC at 10.15...was out by 10.35...No questions asked...

Please update my information as follows:

FP Received: 3/18/2002
FP scheduled:4/18/2002
FP done: 3/19/2002 at San Jose ASC

I-485 MD: 10/1/2001
I-485 RD: 10/2/2001
I-485 ND: 11/7/2001

WAC-02-032-xxxxx
 
Recvd EAD, EAD for spouse lost in mail ?

Hi,

  Received my EAD card a few weeks back, but my wife did not. Per AVM, her EAD card was approved and mailed out on
  Mar1. Presumable lost in mail. What should we do now ? Can we fo to the san jose INS center and ask for a EAD card
  ?
 
Called FBI ..conversation follows...

Felt more than a bit nervous while calling up the 304 625 5590 #4
number. After the serious message " This is the FBI..." a cheerful voice answered
ME: Hi I wanted to get the status of the fingerprints ?
FBI : what is the purporse of the fingerprints ?
ME: US Immigration.
FBI ( right away) : A # please
ME: A#
FBI : they were returned to the INS on 3/20.
ME: Is that good ? are they ok ?
FBI: We are not allowed to tell that, ask the INS.
ME: my wife\'s status please ...
FBI: A#
ME: A#
FBI: these were returned on 3/19 ( same day !).
ME: Thank you very much.
FBI: Have a good day!.
Now the question is: what does " returned to the INS on 3/20 " mean ?

were the FPS ok ? ( technically ..no ridge breaks , blurs etc )
when will the INS respond on the AVM to this ?

BTW FBI open from 8-6 ( i Think ) EST.

When will the NOV\'01 filers get FP notice

Hi All,

When will the NOV\'01 filers from SJC start receiving the FP notices.
It seems that RD till 10/15 & WAC 02-040-XXX have received their FP notices.

SJC
CSC

RD 11/13
ND 11/23
EB2 RIR
WAC - 02-047-XXXXX

How can we check if FP notice was mailed out to applicant?

Is there a way to check to see if FP notice have been mailed? Just in case someone doesnot receive the FP notice, it gets lost in mail
processing.??

Does INS send curtosey copy to Lawyer too of FP notice?

  Your lowyer will also gets the copy of fp. Aslo very few peoples tell sthat thier AVM tells about that, but for me I have\'t see that.

From where are the FP notices are mailed ?

Just curious where the FP notices are issued CSC or Local office ?
Can someone check where they are postmarked ?

In two copies for each (2 identical mail envelopes for me and two ones for wife)
Strange... I know it is supposed to be just one copy.
Which one should I bring?

However, No FP for the 3-years old kid, is it normal?

I completed my Fingerprinting last week at San Jose ASC. Will be great if you can update. Here are the details:

FP Received: 03/14
FP Scheduled: 04/18
FP Done: 03/21

recv FP Notice for RD 10/23 WAC 02-043, Scheduled on May 1st

recieved FP notice for both spouse and self. will go early FP
either tomorrow or Wendesday.

recved on March 25th, noticed date on March 21st. Scheduled on may 1st
