Hi,I just came to know from my lawyer that they got my fp notices due on Apr 25th

I didn\'t get them in my mail.may be we\'ll get them soon.

Its funny! both of us didn\'t get EAD, but got FPs.
Anyway, I just checked AVM, its not updated yet.
Does it matter, how far we stay from San Jose ASC? if
it is the case, i live in sunnyvale, lawyer didn\'t receive
notice yet.
 
Good news.......... October Mailer FP\'s coming in.....

After a long wait October mailers should be seeing their FP notices in the mail.

Does SJC have any specific timings or days when they dont do earlier FP\'s. From what I\'ve read from the mailing list anyday after 2 PM seems ok.

Came home and checked the mail...

Fp got on 3/18
Fp scheduled for 4/25
Will do early FP sometime this week.

Another thing, it says my PD is 10/9 same as the RD ??

and for PD in 485, I rembmer in the old posts, PD on 485 = RD of 485,
so don\'t worry , that is normal :)
 
Hi anyone,in this can suggest me about the Kids FP.Do we get a separate copy for kids also,

we have received the FP notices in the mail only for me and for my spouse.so i am worrying about kid.
And also can we go early FP and also by what time we should be there and what are the docs do we need to carry etc.can you anyone give some suggestions on this.

got FP for me & wife

I got FP notice scheduled for April 25th
  RD Oct10
  PD Oct10
  ND Nov 11
  Got EAD on 19 Feb
  RFE on Wife\'s EAD, got approved on 13th March

 Any body please tell me is there any problem if go for early FP?
 and if we want to go is it just walk in ??

 FP scheduled 4/25
 FP done 3/19 san jose.
 No rush at lunch time, no questions asked showed Driver\'s lic for photo id, filled up form, got FP quality verified by supervisor, they keep the original FP notice so take a photocopy before hand for your records.
Now the real wait begins !
 
I am doing great. Got back from India after my CP interview in January.

I think it was just luck that I went for CP & got my GC process over by January.

You are also very close to your approval since you already have got FP call.

Are you in touch with our other I140 companions ? (Fitz, AmitB ...etc..) ?
