Question when we receive the approval notice(mail) from the date of approval

Hi,

  I have a question regarding the approval notice to be receive in mail. I want to know how long(days) does it take to get the approval notice to my address from the day it was approved.

RD - 07/18/2001
ND - 08/29/2001
FP Done - 01/15/2002
FP Scheduled - 02/15/02
AVM Message - 01/19/2002 -- "/...... Resumed"
My WAC # is 01-270-50XXX .
I called this afternoon, this was the first time I got in contact with a IIO and she said that it was approved. But, I am in a state whether to beleive or not.

I am also still in a bit of disbelief :)

I also called this morning and was told that my case was approved last week. I have posted my details in the main CSC forum already (RD Jul 5 2001, WAC-01-268 ND Aug 28 Process resumed Jan 17, San Jose EB3 Other country, FP done in Jan 11 Sched Feb 8, 2002 AD:Feb 21, 2002).

I am also waiting to get the approval in the mail, and I was also thinking it will happen somewhat towards the middle of this week. Anyway, congratulations, and hope your notice arrives in the mail soon. I will fully believe this when I see the notice, although I don\'t have any reason to believe the IIO gave me the wrong information.

The guy puts dosa batter on the tava and then adds potatoes/butter/onion/tomatoes/spices and smashes them to make the pav bhaji mysore masala dosa

Does Finger Print affect your approval date

Hi,

I did my finger printing on 12/08/2001 and it was rejected by FBI saying unclassifiable, then I went for another finger printing on 01/23/2002 and my AVM message is still pending.

Did it delay my process by 1 1/2 months or it does not matter.

I asked "how much time does it take?"
