Thanks for your update. Honestly, I have not had a chance to look at your file. Should I just download the last .zip or .xls in this thread to look at LIN-02-093?

Also, from your e-mail, are you saying that :-
1. you predict that they will get to the LIN-02-093 cases soon
or
2. you predict that they are already looking/approving 093 cases?

Sorry! You referred to the concepts of "processing soon" and USCIS in the same sentence - I have a wierd sense of humour (sic).

Yep - just download the latest version (unless you want to see a trend).

They are already processing some LIN02093 cases but I wasn't referring to that. All I stated is that your LIN day falls into a favorable batch. This is because the USCIS has a deranged three-week cycle where some people benefit and others get screwed. You are a little less unlucky (nobody on this board is lucky).

No, I don't mind the humor on some of the postings here, because that actually makes the wait just that little more bearable.

Also, could you please run the script (is that yours?) for LIN-02-093 and add it to the spreadsheet/.zip, so that I can get a feel of how many 485 cases were applied, pending, approved et al, like other dates? Please do it when you find the time......

It will take me a week or so to build the list of LINs but I will work on it. Remind me if you don't see it by the end of next week

The stats in the Summary Report are all supported by comprehensive list of LIN's for each LIN# in the report. I cannot post summary results since this would invalidate the structure of the report.

I am guessing that the stats you posted are for around LIN180?

looks like they are blindly sending RFE to almost everybody

This LIN has been touched almost everyday after 14 oct.
 
This could be the work of a new hire. When in doubt or whenever , issue a RFE...

Once they realise that RFEs mean more paperwork for them, they may start reducing . Besides, I believe , as each month passes by and the backlog increases, the pressure is going to increase.

In a election year, Bush has to court a number of minorities (somehow in free societies, minority have a lot of say... ). He may put some pressure on BCIS. We can only hope

complete list of 105

I have complete list of 105, last no. is 54355.
And I only have done LIN 02-105, But I have almost Three weeks of LIN starting year 03 and closer to my ND.

LIN 105 also had 12-13 RFE's on 11/03/03.
