ma parents are lpr of usa how much time it take if they apply green card for me . i am under 21 plz help me

google for visa bulletin.

check the priority date for your country for family 2A also check into possible "follow to join" benefits IF they were "preferfence" immigrants...IF they were Immediate Relayives then follow to join is out of the question.

How close are you to 21? You might end up being 2B instead. IF you get married before immigrating you would lose the opportunity UNLESS the parent naturalizes first then you would move to a different category.

It may be wise for each parent to file an I-130 in case one naturalizes before the other. It used to be that each parent would file in case one died but that is no longer required because of a change to INA 204(l).

How did they get their green cards? Was it through employment? Or your grandparent or uncle or aunt who filed for them? You may be eligible for a derivative green card very soon, depending on how they got theirs.

Are you inside or outside the US? If inside, legally or illegally? When did your parents obtain their green cards? Are you married?

Your answers to these questions will affect your options for a green card.

Your aunt filed a 4th preference petition for her sibling. A sibling can bring their spouse and all unmarried children under 21. (If an unmarried child also has a child, they can come along too.) Since potentially so many can come along on ONE petition, it is a very long wait time and once it comes, they may have to apply for individual visas in piecemeal fashion because it may be too expensive to bring everybody all at once, but it cannot be spaced out for too long or somebody might lose their opportunity to "follow-to-join" for a variety of reasons.

BigJoe5 I think it's his sister that applied for the parents, in which case he would not have got derivative status. His parents who are now LPRs can file for him but I'm not sure if they have to wait 5 years to do so.
