green card spouse and F-1 visa

I am a green card holder and filed I-130 for my wife which is not yet approve (pending).

My question is:

Is she ( my wife) eligible for F-1 (student) or visitor visa ?

An F1 is a non-immigrant visa. So I am sure if she was admitted to a college here in the US, then she might be given one. The most important thing there is to get that I-20 issued by the school, then she is good to get a visa.

I dont know anything about visitor visas.

Provided she can overcome the presumption of immigrant intent. Your filed I-130 doesn't help in any way. I would rate her chances as poor.
