There is no answer for your question but the average processing time is 4 months. Some applications get approved so fast and some applications fall outside the processing time and get stuck for years and years.
The case might take long time. I think it depends on the following things:
1. How easy/hard to locate your A-file from the storage area.
2. How fast is the adjudicator (immigration officer) who is handling your case
3. Whether or not the adjudicator is in a good mood at the time he/she opened your file.
3. Inadmissibility issue
4. Investigation
5. Mistake in data entry by the uscis employees who enters your information in the database.
6. Background check. This depends on your name and the country your are from.
7. Your immigration hisotry. If your immigration history is big, then the officer has to review your entir A-file before making a decision.
