Green Card Processing for Spouse

Hi,

Is it possible to concurrently apply for green card processing for my spouse while my citizenship application is being processed (I'm currently a permanent resident)? Or do I have to wait till I receive my citizenship before I can apply for my spouse's GC. My spouse is currently working on a H1 and is also planning to file for GC through her employer.

1) At what point/stage can I apply for GC for spouse? (Any step where it can be filed concurrently along with citizenship application)
2) How long would it usually take for the entire process (from submitting my citizenship app to the approval of my spouse's GC).

Any advice would be appreciated greatly.

Thanks in advance.

GotPR is right, if u like you can go ahead and get started by applying I-130 for her and let it cook in the back burner. Once you become a USC, you can attach that I-130 receipt with I-485 and rest of the paperwork. Not much you could do other than form I-130. You could get all the documents ready and fill out the forms, that's what I did. Get your wife's medical exam done. This would save you few days. Once you get naturalized, all you will have to do is make a copy of that certificate and throw in with the rest of the paperwork.

I have a question.
My mother got married to a US citizen (born and raised) in 2003.
The I-130 was approved, and they both went to the interview, and that was approved. She got an alien registration number.
She's been waiting since then for her green card, she hasn't gotten it.
She has a lwayer, but I honestly think all they want is her money since she's been to 4 lawyers since, and has now retained Mella from Philadelphia.
I need to help her figure this out because we all know how frustrating it is.
What can she do with her A#? She can't get a drivers license, work permit or SSN because of it, I know. But while she's still waiting on this new lawyer to do something, what are her options?

The option is just to wait coz in all honesty without the green card (actual) she is just like a cab driver without a cab.

She's been waiting since forever!
I just want to know what exactly is the Alien registration number.
I got her lawyer's number, and I'm going to be like fire under his a** since the first three she had simply took her money and kept *forgetting* documents needed.

Should she refile?
My mother hasn't seen her son, my brother in 11 years, me in 4 years, or my little sister in 2. I was able to travel on a tourist visa for awhile til some a** stole it during hurricane Ivan.
She should be able to do something!

But what about my stepfather?
Does he have any choices/options?

You asked the same question sometime ago and have you even done what was advised here ?
