I married with a Chinese native and she lives in China. I have green card for 2 years now. Can you advise me what are the fastest steps to bring her to the U.S.? What are the timeframes it'd take? Can she come on B1/2 visa? Thanks much!

Short of her getting a job offer and sponsored for an H or an L visa, there are no "fast" ways to bring her to the US until you become a citizen in 2010 or so.

Can she come on B1/2 visa?

She will get a B1/2 visa only if she convinces the US consul (interviewing her) that she is only visiting the US temporarily. There are two things working againts her. Firstly, she has a spouse in the US who holds permanent residency. Secondly, by law she will be considered an immigrant unless she proves otherwise.
Very difficult.
