hope someone out there response and gives us ideas..thanks a lot..

IF you are truly in love and intend to get married anyway, do it soon and he can file an I-130 for you which may be "UPGRADED" later if he naturalizes before a visa becomes available in the FB-2A category (see the Visa Bulletin for estimated waiting time).

IF YOU have some marketable job skills and education, employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant categories could be available IF you can find a job and a U.S. employer willing to file paperwork on your behalf.

An immigrant petition filed on your behalf would make a student visa next to impossible BUT if marriage is NOT a sure thing, consider a student visa.

thank you so much bigJoe5 for info. i think Marriage is the only possible way in our case. so he still have 3 yrs. more before he will be naturalize right?? if we get married this year he can file I-130 my question is during the process/before he will be naturalize can i be w/ him in the USA? is it possible? or just file the visa after his naturalization?

Filing based on marriage to green card holder would put you in category Family 2A. According to the visa bulletin, for F2A they're now at people who filed in July 2008. See http://travel.state.gov/visa/bulletin/bulletin_5518.html. If that date in the F2A column crosses your I-130 filing date before he naturalizes, you can move on to the final stage and get a consular interview and even the GC itself before he becomes a USC.
