Green Card guidance and question.

My PD become current in July Visa bulletin (Sep-2012) under EB3 and my 485 and 485j ( EB3 and EB2 respectively) both are in pending status. So what should I do ? TUB again in EB3 or wait till October ? Pls suggest? My company T-Mobile is not sponsoring this TUB under EB3 I m willing to pay but need advice whether I should do this move or not or wait till October for EB2 also to be current as I am worried that EB3 might again retrogress.

Any guidance here is really appreciated.
