Green card for brother's kids

Hello!
I am a USC and will be sponsoring my parents for green card shortly. I also wish to sponsor my brother, who is married and has 2 kids, one is almost 9 and the other is 5.
I understand that whether I sponsor my brother or my parents sponsor him after acquiring citizenship (approx. 6 yrs. from now), it will take approx. the same time for him to get GC. But either ways, there is a chance that one or both kids will be over 21 by then. It is unlikely that they will be married, though. What are their options for getting GC and what is the best course to follow?
Would really appreciate any guidance in this matter. Thanks.

At this time they are in us and outoff status.

you will have to read about aging out and CSPA (Child Status Protection Act).

I said no such thing. I just said that if they are here out of status or illegally present, then they are getting into a situation where NO ONE can sponsor them.

If your brother and his family have overstayed an I-94 by over 180 days, then the 3-year bars will have already kicked in, and they will be unable to re-enter the US for 3 years after they leave. If it's more thn 365 days, then they're subject to the 10-year bar.

Since they will be unable to adjust status because they've been out of status, then they will need to leave the US for their consular interview. Once they leave, the bars kick in and they cannot return.

No. The problem isn't you, it's them.
