Green Card for Aunts

Hi,
I am a naturalised US citizen living in Redmond, Washington. My parents and my aunts ( father's sister and my mother's sister and both are spinsters) reside in Bangalore, India and have US visitors visas. All the four of them are in the 75-80 age group and will very soon need assistance in their day-to-day activities and we, as children, want to be there for them when they need us. But since I, my brother and my sister have settled here in the US, we desperately need to make some plans on how we can care for them in their old age without having to move our families to India at this time.

We would like to bring all four of them here to live with us and care for them. I know getting a green card for our parents is doable but would it be possible to get a green card for our aunts ? If so, how long would it take? Can our aunts stay in the US while their green card application is processing? So if they were all to come here on their visitors visas, would they be able to continue their stay, here in the US, while their green card applications are in process?
Any advise would be very greatly appreciated. Thank you so much in advance.

Parents: Yes, fairly straightforward process. While consular processing is advised, you can adjust your parents' status when they are visiting (to not show immigrant intent, wait about 90 days after they are in the US to file for AOS).

Aunts: No provision for you to file. Only immediate relatives:spouse, parents, children.

Even if you could bring them here, they'll be unable to get health insurance at that age, so if they need day-to-day care you won't be able to afford their medical expenses in the US unless you're a millionaire. The US is not a nice place for unhealthy people without insurance.

Appreciate your response

Thanks all for your time. It does not look possible to bring all four here then........we'll have to think of how to care for them somehow. Wish it was easier ! :-(
