I had applied I-130 + I-485 for my parents from USA when they were staying with me in USA. They got Advance Parole about 9 months afterwards and since then they have travelled to India on Advance Parole. One week back I received I-130 approval and letter to send their Medical Evaluation (they already did the exam before they left for Indiia).
I have two questions:-
1. How much time should I expect to get their 485 approval and green card after sending the Medical Evaluation?
2. In case they get the 485 approval while they are stiill out of the country, which documentation will they use to re-enter USA? Will the advance Parole still work to re-enter in that case?
