Hi!

Since I will be working for IT consulting firm that doesn't really have an actual office I understand I might need an itinerary.

1. I can't imagine to be able to provide it for 3 year, but for a year should be no problem. Is that good enough??

2. Are office pictures from that client also good enough??

3. My employer doesn't want to show a copy of of the client cotract because it is sensitive private document. Can we describe that contract such as giving a general description or something like that?? I am assuming he doesn't want to show financial details. Is there anything we can do???

Thank you so much!!!!

1. I can't imagine to be able to provide it for 3 year, but for a year should be no problem. Is that good enough?? No. You are asking h1 for 3 years, now ball is in your court to prove you have confirmed projects/work for those 3 years

2. Are office pictures from that client also good enough?? No . your office picture name board, inside furniture also rental agreement of the office. If it is a home office, you need documentary evidence to substantiate. This is important to INS to eliminate - "road side" companies obtaining h1.

3. My employer doesn't want to show a copy of of the client cotract because it is sensitive private document. Can we describe that contract such as giving a general description or something like that??

Bull shit. Is it a contract from Ministry of Defence? Still you need a copy of the Job order/contract.

No body is going to beleive you without agreement evidence from your client, some time verification may be done to see the authenticity of the client too
.

financial details are not required unless specifically asked by INS on RFE

Thank you so much!!!!

Great Guru, a little bit more help please!

Thank you for your answers. I actually have some questions about your answers.

1. How is it possible to show stuff for three years in advance?? You know how fast the business worlds changes and who knows what will happen in 3 years.

2. This guy does not have an office. He has a mailbox for rental which is a street address and a suite. That's where his business is registered and his EIN is also under that address. So it this situation does it even make sense to apply for H1??

3. This guy is very reserved about his client contracts and things of such matters. He is the only person in the company, so it would be just me and him after he hires me. So again, does it even make sense to apply for H1 is such cirmustances?? It seems like the likehood of rejection is quite high??

Please let me know what you think. Thank you so much in advance!!!!!

Unless you provide these information your H1 will never get approved.

Look for a good company to work. This creteria is important to stop misusing H1 visa by INS
