Grace Period for L1

I have a L1A Blanket Visa. How many days do I have before relocating outside the USA when:
1. I resign from a company
2. The company asks me to leave

The project is not terminated. However, the employment relationship is. Could be from either side (employer or co).

Are any factors like health conditions (eg: wife being pregnant, stress, etc.) considered in this grace period?

I'm sorry, but I don't think there is any grace period in the case that employment is terminated in the middle of visa term.

Personally, I'd take the health issue over anything.

Since a grace period does not exist, it really makes no point to discuss how one can justify it.
