got my GC..married an indian girl..how to get her here? please please advise

Hi,

I got my green card last year. I got married to an indian girl month ago. Now, i want to get her to USA.

I do not know that then that i cannot sponsor her. Now, when i talked to a friend, he told me i cannot sponsor her until i get my citizenship.

1. Are there anyone in same boat?
2. Did you guys share what you did?
3. Are there any other visas to bring her here?
4. She has B.S in Electronics and she is a very good artist, beautician, painter, singer, etc.? Can she come to US on any other visas?
5. - If yes, can you tell me who sponsor for her in US?

there are many who are facing the same. There is no way to avoid the long wait unless she can come on her own to the US on H or L visas (the only visas that allow dual intent)

admin her to college or school order to get her to here or tell her to apply job in here when she is in here. Then Employer will sponsor her. It will works for you.
 
I am in the same boat at the moment, knowing that as a GC holder it will take about 4-5 years to bring your spouse I have not petitioned for her Visa yet. Fortunately I am being eligible for naturalization in 3 months time. once I cam granted the citizenship i shall petition her for an immigrant visa, as it might take a a couple of months i would apply for a K catagory temporary visa that ought to be approved as she would be a citizen's spouse, and would be approved. Upon that she could come to usa and be here and also work till she gets her immigrant visa process through

Because you got your GC by fraud, get ready for deportation.

How did u get ur GC, who petitioned for you / sponsored you ?
Parent ? sibling ? Step parent ? Employer ?

I don know how people read between the lines and got the implication that you got your green card, getting married to a US citizen or a GC holder
 
In this case the OP (BigGuy), had posted earlier his AOS experience where he got his GC based on marriage to a US citizen.

get a line for deportation dude.

Reasons:

1) fraud
2) Lying to Gov
3) human trafficking

USCIS will pick up for you with the above reasons.
