i did my Interview 3 weeks ago, the IO, back then, told me to expect a letter within 2 weeks. Its been 3 weeks and i havn't gotten anything yet
So i went there, Lady at the front office was nice. Asked for my GC, i said "didn't have it", asked about my A#, i said i didn't know it :D
she scanned my info pass to get my A#
anyway, she told me to wait for few minutes to see if they have anything available...after waiting 5 minutes she called my name and told me to come friday for my oath

GOD BLESS AMERICA

so excited

good luck for all of you

I had the same thing happen to me! I scheduled an infopass and explained that I am going out of country for a week. First, they wanted to reschedule my oath date but then the IO asked if I can attend an early oath ceremony. Of course I agreed and now I have a date a week early! =)

Question on INfopass

I am in a situation where its been 2 months since my interview and I would like to get an Infopass. Please advise as to what to look out for when scheduling the interview. I want to do due diligence instead of just waiting around, so that I have done everything possible from my side.

Yep, That is the different between my moron supervisor lady in my DO, and understanding office in your DO.
I told her that I have a family emergency and I need to bring my wife here as soon as possible. She gave a one 2 months after the interview and here I am finishin up the mess they created here.

I am more pissed off now, because first my interview got cancelled (delay for a month) and then this moron didn't help me with my request. (3 months).

I could have had my wife here by now. Now we have to suffer for USCIS lack of organization and not being the man of their words.

I though we pay $675 to have everything done in 5 months? Now everything is back to normal.
