Hi, y'all
Gilbert and other who can clarify some things for me, your response will be mutch appreciated.
today i received RFE, the letter states

1- You submit a properly completed Biography information sheet G-325A

2- You submit a "Supplemental Form to I-693" Adjustment of status Applicants Documentation of immunization. The civil surgeon must indicate the result of his/her analysis of your vaccine history in part three of the supplement.
and the letter goes on ...
Number one is straight forward, but on the second one, i need some guidance there. are they asking me to do the medical from scratch or just imunizations.
For the civil surgeon, is that something that they will have to check with or, the doctor's office will?

thanks

cider_or! Can you plz post your timelines including FP dates?
And can I ask you where in Texas do you live?

I think they just mean the shots.

It looks like you are getting close.

Thanks.

i have another question guys. i noticed i made a mistake in my mother's birth date. do i need to provide her birth certificat if i chabge the birthdate, you think they will make problem out of it?
now i am married, can i put my wife in the application? do i need to provide her status too? she is on J visa.
My time line is as folow
Granted by IJ 08-18-98 (the day Clinton admited relationship with monica)
filed I-485 october 99 ND is 12-06-99
FP 08-15-03
RFE 06-18-04

i live in Houston suburb.

Make a sticky note on your application that you were approved the same day when president clinton admitted his sins, and INS might expedite your case.. :) :)

asluser, i have no idea, because i never received any letter from the INS when i submited my I-485. the USPS receipt shows it was received and signed by INS officer on october 6 1999.
the online status check shows it was received 12-06-99. so i don't know what date the USCIS goes by.
please someone shed some light on this ND and RD thing.

cider_or,

Ur RD was 10/6/99. U should be within the current processing time.

I met the same situation as you. USCIS online status showed my ND. But my FP notice showed only RD, PD (PD = RD), and even no ND on it. PD is for processing purpose.

Just tell them the truth. Neither of this is going to be an issue.

I encourage you to file your response to the RFE as soon as possible.

I got the same request for my medical exam. The medical form has a supplemental, and they were asking for that only, not the whole thing.
I simply didn't want to take any chance, and decided to start over again a sent a new complete medical exam. That work for me.
If they say the Supplemental, that's what they are asking for, not the whole thing.
My problem was that the Supplemental attached in my original application was a photocopy, and they wanted the original. Since I had move to another state it was hard for me to track the physician after so many years. So, I decided to go ahead with the whole medical exam process again.
Good luck

I got the supplemental form to the I-693 done today, it is sealed and stamped as they requested, now i need to know if i need to send a mariage certificat since i declared i got married after filing my I-485? also do i need to show the status of my wife?
i am afraid this will delay the processing, so i wanted to include them, please advice.
thanks

Azadindian,

ur PD = RD = 11/10/99, it is within the processing time range. u should call USCIS right away.

I Called them several times. They show in system my RD 12/10/1999 instead of 11/10/1999. Although my Receipt Notice says 11/10/1999. I have tried everything they do nothing. Even my congressman has written them but no success.

It is amazing to note that how BCIS treats even congressmen. When a call is initiated from congressman's office, it has the same effect (or should have the same effect) as congressman calling himself.

What confuses me is that either BCIS treats congressmen like crap OR they both have worked up some kind of a deal that Asylee inquiries are not important so just ignore them (but to show public a nice face they initiate inquiries anyway)

Go to the USCIS local office close to u and show them ur notice for correction. The 800 line can only give ur info, but nothing else.
