Hey guys,

Wanted to share my good news with you all. Today I finally received my IL after 2 weeks of my second FP. So there is hope for all of us that were stuck in name check for long time. Here is my timeline:

PD: 12/4/2006
FP1: 12/28/2006
1/1/07--through just recently-- Millions of calls, letters to senators etc etc
FP 2--10/22/2008
IL--today 11/10/2008
Interview--12/15/2008 at 8am.

DO is atlanta.

Congratulations on getting IL. It is a long journey indeed. I can tell:)

My PD is 04/07
and FP-05/07
but no 2nd FP yet so not holding my breath..

Could you please post When did you get your 2nd FP letter..so I can extrapolate from that my timeline..right now it seems like I have to wait till 20th January to send letters to president/FL. The letters to senators did not work yet.

Hi replicate,

I remember ya! We exchanged some notes on this forum earlier this year. I have the same exact PD (12/4/06). My NC was initiated 12/13/06 and First FP on 1/24/07. After that everything went silent until 9/26 when I received the second FP and then 2 weeks later, the IL. My ID is 11/18 (next Tue).

So, good to know things are finally moving for you too. All the best.
