Morning,

I had misdemeanor B and C(2003). I answered Q 16-18-YES. What do I answer in table below those questions in first column: "Why were you arrested, cited, detained, or charged?"

I tried type in "improper Lane usage and Driving under influence of ALC", but there is not enough space...
Please advise,

You can write "see attached" and attach a paper indicating the complete charge and why you were arrested.
 
How about question 21..

Have you ever been in jail or prison?

Officer took me to station, but let me go after I did breathalazer test? I wasnt booked..or spent the nite there..
 
Correct, complete charge, what fine you paid etc..

Since you weren't sentenced to jail time you would answer NO to question 21.
 
Sorry..Last issue.Q 20-"suspended sentence"?
I had suspended jail time because I paid all fees in full.
 
"where to file?" gives two addresses. who express/courier deliveries apply to?

I just want to go regular usps mail just with someone signing it there..

Please advise
