The JIT processing date report indicates that the current processing date is August 26, 2002, but from what I've seen in the past, the discussions in this forum are more up-to-date and accurate (not to mention, greatly helpful!) than that JIT report. So, going by the current approvals, when can I expect my approval (my ND is: 04/07/2003, I-140 approval: 03/30/04, 1st fingerprint: 05/29/2003).

As far as I know, apart from the odd case here and there (possibly cases handled under the new concurrent filing guidelines) there are few approvals for around your ND so far. Most of the approvals that we are hearing about on this forum are coming from cases with a ND around Aug/Sep 2002.
