Going back to previous employer

I worked with Company A for 3 years in the US on H-1. Then I moved to Company B and worked for a few months. I took a Consulate appointment and put Company B as the petitioner's (employer's) name. Now before going to the Consulate, can I go back to Company A? Can I go to my current appointment with my previous Company A's approval notice and application package, or I have to cancel my current appointment and take a new appointment?

Can the Consulate create any problem about me going back to Company A? Any advice will be highly appreciated. Thanks!!

-----if you are with B then you did it correct
Now before going to the Consulate, can I go back to Company A?
----- do you have any info that A has not revoked your H1 petition by writing a letter to USCIS???

Can I go to my current appointment with my previous Company A's approval notice and application package,
------- you are with B, show B h1 approval, B pay stubs, B LCA and all attacments that B filed for your H1 with USCIS. you are NOT with A how you can use A papers???
or I have to cancel my current appointment and take a new appointment?

Can the Consulate create any problem about me going back to Company A?
----- do you have comany A pay stubs? do you have comany A recent letter that you are working with them? do you have the knowlege that A has NOT revoked your H1 petition by sending letter to USCIS??

I am thinking of going back to Company A

Hi Ginnu:

Thanks for your quick reply.

I asked these questions because I am thinking of going back to Company A. I am not exactly happy the way things are at Company B, and am thinking of going back to Company A. Provided Company A has not revoked my H-1, I will start working at Company A for 3 weeks and get one or two pay-stubs before going to the Consulate with an employment letter from Company A.

Is that going to be okay? Can the Consulate raise issues about me going back to Company A?

Best regards and thanks.
