------------Company must be paying taxes. USCIS can ask but I have read that in 90% cases they dont ask ability to pay

any time after 1-485 pending is more than 180 days and I-140 approved and new employer is ready to give you same/similar job duty permanent job offer letter. if you are working with new employer then better send copy of 2-3 pay stub of new employer

Yes the company is huge and they have been in bussiness forever. They are very interested in keep me as an employee. I just needed to know what to ask them in the event USCIS asks for it.

now to invoke AC21 you only need same/similar job offer letter with permanent job offer. if USCIS want more info they will let you know through RFE(very less chance)

While they're not strictly required, if you have them provide copies. They're pretty strong evidence of the existence of the job and the wage.
