I am getting started in filling out the N-400 application.
1. Is there a link in this forum which says what URL to go in order to fill out the N-400 application.
2. How should I proceed?

Yes, you each need your own application, and your own application fees.

Of course yes, you need to file in separate citizenship application for you and your wife. But you can file it at the same time and at the same USCIS office. However, they may not be processed at the same times and you may get different interview dates.
