Easy way is , ask company A to bill for the work you are doing with Comp B, collect your money from company A, after proper tax deduction.indyanguy said:Hi guys,

Thank you very much. Unfortunately, Company A is not willing to do this. Is there any other way at all? Please guys, any help is really appreciated.

1) Ask Company B to apply for an H1B for you.
2) Ask another company (neither A nor B) to apply for an H1B for you, and bill Company B for your services. Please contact me if you want some help with this option.
